Secluded Getaway Heated Pool & SPA Golf Chef's Kitchen

Escape to Sandals, a private three-bedroom, two-bathroom home for up to 10 guests in Indio’s Montego Dunes neighborhood. Enjoy a saltwater pool and spa, putting green, chef’s kitchen and covered patio with an outdoor TV, close to the Coachella and Stagecoach festival area, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Desert International Horse Park.

Outdoor living
Spend the day by the private saltwater pool, relax in the spa, play pool basketball or practice your short game on the sloped putting green. The fenced backyard has loungers, outdoor dining and BBQ facilities. A covered patio with couches and a TV creates a comfortable place for an evening movie or game. A separate front patio offers a quiet spot to sit.

Kitchen, living and workspace
The open living area includes a 65-inch 4K QLED smart TV, surround sound and a gas fireplace, connected to the dining space and fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Coffee, tea, decaf and hot cocoa are provided. A dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry room, books and board games make it easy to settle in.

Sleeping arrangements
Primary bedroom: California king bed, two single rollaway beds, floor mattress and crib; 55-inch 4K TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom and sliding-door access to the pool area.
Bedroom 2: queen bed and single bed.
Bedroom 3: queen bed with Paris-themed décor.
The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The living room has two couches and a floor mattress. Maximum occupancy remains 10 guests.

Private access and parking
Keyless self check-in and exclusive access to the home, except the owner’s closet near the entrance. Parking accommodates up to four cars across the two-car garage and two-car driveway.

Pool and spa heating
Spa heating is included and can be controlled from the kitchen iPad. Optional pool heating to 82°F is $90 per night and should be requested in advance. Pool towels are provided.

Pets and routine maintenance
Up to two house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please clean up after pets; stains or residue may incur a deep-cleaning charge based on assessed damage.
Pool service: Mondays and Thursdays, 4:00–10:00 AM.
Gardening: Thursdays, 8:30 AM–1:30 PM.

Accessibility and safety
Accessibility features include a disabled parking space, a lit entrance path, selected entrances wider than 32 inches, step-free access to Bedroom 3 and Full Bathroom 1, shower grab bars and a shower/bath chair. Please ask about specific access needs before booking. Exterior cameras face the front door, front of the garage and side gate/trash-bin area.
