Enjoy a private Indio getaway at Wild Rose, a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home for up to 10 guests. Two separate living areas, a chef’s kitchen, private pool and spa, and a game room offer space to relax and spend time together near the desert’s festivals and golf courses.

Poolside living
Relax by the saltwater pool and heated spa, stretch out on a lounger or hammock, and gather beneath the covered patio. The outdoor kitchen includes a sink, natural gas and charcoal BBQs, and outdoor dining. Pool basketball and other outdoor activities add to the fun. Spa heating is complimentary; pool heating carries a surcharge and should be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Indoor entertainment and comfort
Enjoy billiards, table tennis/ping-pong, arcade games, board games and books. Two living areas, a gas fireplace, TVs in the living room and primary bedroom, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen make evenings at home easy. Coffee, decaf and tea are provided. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning and heating, washer/dryer, linens and toiletries are included.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1: king bed and two single beds with mattresses stored folded in the closet.
Bedroom 2: queen bed.
Bedroom 3: queen bed.
Baby equipment including a crib/pack ’n play, high chair and baby bath is available upon request.

Access and parking
Automated keyless self check-in. Cleaners’ closets and the tool shed remain locked. Parking is available in either driveway, with RV parking inside the white gate. Street parking is available; do not park in front of neighboring homes or obstruct pathways.

Location and important notes
A short drive brings you to Empire Polo Club for Coachella and Stagecoach, Desert International Horse Park, golf courses, shops and dining. The home is close to the railway, and occasional train sounds may be heard. Two exterior security cameras face the front yard/street: one by the front door and one above the garage.

House care and pool safety
No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Smoking is permitted outside only with doors and windows closed; violations may incur cleaning fees up to $500 and forfeiture of amounts paid. There is no lifeguard, and running or diving is not allowed. Never leave children unsupervised near the pool. Pets are welcome.
