Welcome to Chavez, a six-bedroom, three-bathroom Coachella retreat with four king bedrooms, a private saltwater pool and spa, mini golf and a dedicated game room. Gather in the open living space, unwind outdoors, and enjoy a convenient base for the Desert Horse Park, PGA West, Thermal Track and the festival area.

Outdoor fun and relaxation
The backyard features a saltwater pool with Baja shelf, spa, loungers, hammock, fire pit, putting green and outdoor games including basketball, life-size Jenga and axe throwing. Cook in the outdoor kitchen with sink and natural gas grill, dine outdoors and enjoy the outdoor TV/entertainment system.

Living and game room
The spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen share an open layout with a 75-inch 4K TV. The converted garage game room includes air hockey, arcade and board games, plus a 65-inch 4K TV for movie nights.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1: king bed and two single beds, private 4K TV, dedicated workspace, mountain views and private bathroom with bathtub and waterfall-style shower.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: one king bed in each room.
Bedroom 5: one queen bed.
Bedroom 6: two double beds and two single beds.

Comforts and access
Enjoy personalized keyless self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated laundry room and a complimentary level 2 EV charger. Guests have access to the property except three locked cleaners’ closets. Free on-site and street parking are available. Exterior security cameras face the front yard.

Pool and spa heating
Spa heating is included and can be controlled from the kitchen iPad. Optional pool heating to 82°F is $90 per night and should be requested in advance. Pool towels are provided.

Pets and house rules
Up to two house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please clean up after them; damage or stains may incur a $1,000 deep-cleaning charge plus assessment of damages. No smoking indoors; close windows and doors when smoking outside. Excessive-noise complaints may result in a $500 fine, which may exceed $1,000 if police are involved. House-rule violations may result in guests being asked to leave and cancellation without a refund.

Lost and found
We will do our best to notify you if an item is found. Collection is available by appointment, or guests can arrange and pay for shipping. The host is not responsible for lost items or shipping damage, loss or delays. Items unclaimed after 14 days may be discarded or donated.
