Design Estate w/Heated Zero-Edge Pool & Game Room

Infinite Coachella is a seven-bedroom, four-bathroom designer estate with two primary suites, a zero-edge infinity pool and spa, a swim-up bar, an outdoor fireplace and a fully insulated, climate-controlled game room. Custom wallpaper and modern Mediterranean accents give each room its own character.

Gather indoors

The open great room offers generous lounge seating, while an extendable dining table seats 12 or more. The chef’s kitchen is stocked for group meals and includes coffee-making equipment and coffee. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, laundry facilities and on-site Level 2 Tesla/EV charging.

Games and outdoor living

Play billiards, arcade games, darts and foosball in the cooled game room, with a large TV and bar seating. Outside, enjoy the infinity pool and spa, swim-up bar, designer fireplace, outdoor shower and covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and bar seating. An Armenian charcoal grill is also provided. Mini golf, axe throwing and cornhole round out the activity area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

• Bedroom 1: king bed and single bed.
• Bedroom 2: two double beds.
• Bedroom 3: queen bed and single bed.
• Bedrooms 4 and 5: two double beds each.
• Bedroom 6: two double beds and single bed.
• Bedroom 7: king bed and single bed.

Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are downstairs. Five bedrooms, two private ensuite bathrooms and a shared bathroom are upstairs. Memory-foam mattresses, quality linens, towels, toiletries and hairdryers are provided. Cribs and other baby equipment are available upon request.

Access and parking

Guests have exclusive access to the home except the cleaner’s closets. The driveway accommodates two cars. Additional street parking is subject to availability; the garage is not available for parking. Self check-in uses a smart lock. Exterior security cameras are installed on the property. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.

Pets and maintenance

Up to two house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please clean up after pets. Damage or stains may result in a $1,000 deep-cleaning charge plus further damage assessment. Pool service visits Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Gardening takes place Friday afternoon; waste collection is Friday morning.

Coachella Valley location

The home is under two miles from the Coachella and Stagecoach gates, with access to golf, dining and the valley’s attractions.
