Poolside living

The fully fenced backyard includes a private pool and hot tub, covered billiards table, shaded gazebo, BBQ, outdoor dining and lounge seating, poolside loungers and outdoor games. Evening pool lighting sets the scene for a relaxing night outside.

Kitchen, living and play

The remodeled kitchen offers a large island, stainless-steel appliances, generous counters and seating. The living room has sectional seating, a smart TV and gas fireplace. One bedroom connects to a dedicated children’s playroom with a TV, games and an oversized interactive game. The playroom is recreational space, not a sixth bedroom. Wi-Fi, a workspace, central air conditioning and heating, and an in-unit washer and dryer are included.

Sleeping arrangements

• Bedroom 1: king bed, three single beds and crib.
• Bedroom 2: king bed and single bed.
• Bedrooms 3 and 4: queen bed in each room.
• Bedroom 5: queen bed and two single beds.

Pool and Jacuzzi heating

Pool heating costs $100 per day. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary for short stays and costs $40 per day for stays longer than five days.

Access and parking

Guests have access to the entire house and garage. Parking includes two garage spaces, two driveway spaces and street parking. The home is on one level with no interior stairs, and self check-in uses a lockbox. Exterior cameras are at the gate, front and sides of the house; none point toward the backyard pool area or inside the home.

Explore the valley

Approximate driving times include eight minutes to Empire Polo Club, 15 minutes to PGA West and Old Town La Quinta, 15–20 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 20–25 minutes to El Paseo and Acrisure Arena, and 35–40 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Traffic, festivals and holidays can increase travel times.
