DreamCatcher Villa is a six-bedroom, four-bathroom Coachella escape with bohemian interiors, a private pool with slide and swim-up bar, a heated spa, and an arcade and billiards lounge.

Your private backyard

Relax on sun shelves and in-water loungers, slide into the pool, or gather around the sunken firepit. The backyard includes an outdoor smart TV, surround speakers, shaded seating, an outdoor shower, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ, prep sink, bar seating and covered dining. Enjoy mini golf, foot billiards, cornhole, axe throwing, giant chess, giant Connect 4 and a private basketball court.

Indoor comfort and entertainment

The open living and dining areas pair warm lighting with natural textures and comfortable seating. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen makes group meals easy. The game lounge includes arcade machines, darts, foosball, a pool table, a jukebox, a bar table and a sofa lounge with a large TV. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, laundry facilities and on-site Level 2 EV charging add everyday convenience.

Sleeping arrangements

• Bedroom 1: king bed, single bed and crib.
• Bedrooms 2, 4 and 6: one king bed each.
• Bedrooms 3 and 5: two double beds each.
• Living room: three single beds and a sofa bed.

Bedrooms offer TVs and storage. The primary suite has a soaking tub and dual vanity. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request.

Guest access and parking

The entire home, outdoor kitchen, pool slide, fire features and entertainment areas are for your use. Two driveway spaces and free street parking are available. Street parking is prohibited on the second and fourth Monday of each month from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for street sweeping; violations may result in a city ticket. Exterior security cameras cover the backyard and other outdoor areas. Early check-in and late checkout depend on availability.

Pool and spa

Spa heating is complimentary; controls are outside near the chess area. Pool heating to 82°F is an optional $90-per-night add-on and must be requested in advance. Pool towels are in the kitchen pool-towel cabinet. Pool service visits Monday, Wednesday and Friday; trash collection is early Wednesday morning.

Pets and care

Up to two house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please clean up after pets. Damage, stains or excessive mess may result in a $1,000 deep-cleaning fee plus further damage assessment. Please treat the home with care and report any concerns promptly.

Local shops, dining and valley attractions are nearby. A separate seven-bedroom, three-bathroom home next door may be available for a combined booking; inquire about availability.
